500 ml penne pasta, cooked according to the instructions on the packet
15 ml oil
500 g boerewors, cut into 3 cm pieces
1 garlic clove(s), crushed
1 red pepper or yellow pepper, chopped into big cubes
250 g mushrooms, sliced
10 ml mixed herbs
25 ml sugar
410 g canned tomato & onion mix
45 ml tomato paste
250 ml beef stock
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
375 ml LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, grated
