150gpasta shells, cooked according to the instructions on the packet - drain but reserve 125 ml pasta water
250mlfrozen peas
250mlLANCEWOOD® Mozzarella or LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, grated
2.5mlgarlic salt
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 20 cm in diameter x 5 cm deep baking dish with non-stick spray.
2. Add the ham, sauce, pasta, peas and cheese to a mixing bowl and mix through. Add reserved pasta water as needed to make the mixture saucier. Season to taste.
3. Spoon into the prepared dish and bake for 20 – 25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
4. Serve with a green salad and warm buttered rolls.
