Easy Pea & Ham Pasta Bake

Ingredients

125 g sandwich ham , chopped & fried until golden
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Mushroom Sauce
150 g pasta shells , cooked according to the instructions on the packet - drain but reserve 125 ml pasta water
250 ml frozen peas
250 ml LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella  or LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, grated
2.5 ml garlic salt
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 20 cm in diameter x 5 cm deep baking dish with non-stick spray.

Add the ham, sauce, pasta, peas and cheese to a mixing bowl and mix through. Add reserved pasta water as needed to make the mixture saucier. Season to taste.

Spoon into the prepared dish and bake for 20 – 25 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Serve with a green salad and warm buttered rolls.
