120 g LANCEWOOD® Mascarpone
450 g fruit mince meat
1 orange(s)
10 ml zest only
5 ml vanilla essence
1 egg(s), beaten
icing sugar for dusting
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a muffin pan.
Place the sheet of puff pastry onto a floured surface and cut out 12 x 8 cm rounds.
Place a pastry round in each greased muffin pan cup. Spoon about 10 g of mascarpone on top of each pastry round.
In a mixing bowl, add the fruit mince meat, orange zest and vanilla essence and mix until well combined. Spoon the fruit mince meat mixture into the pastry shells.
Cut out 12 x 5 cm star shapes from the remaining puff pastry and place a pastry star on top of each mince pie. Brush with egg.
