To finish:
Heat a saucepan over low heat.
Add the cream and heat until it starts to steam.
Add the chocolate to a mixing bowl and pour the hot cream over. Allow to melt for 2 minutes before stirring and mixing through. If all of the chocolate hasn't melted, pop in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Mix in the vanilla essence and set aside.
Add the cream to a mixing bowl and beat until medium peaks form. Add the xylitol and continue beating until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the cream into the chocolate mixture.
Add the yoghurt and gently fold it into the mixture.
Pour into 2 serving glasses and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
To finish:
Garnish with grated chocolate and a dollop of yoghurt.
Enjoy as a guilt-free decadent dessert!
