Creamy Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

Strawberry oats:
250 ml oats
125 ml milk
125 ml LANCEWOOD® Lactose Free Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt
5 ml vanilla essence
80 g strawberries
half chopped & half sliced

Apple cinnamon oats:
250 ml oats
5 ml cinnamon
15 ml honey
125 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
125 ml milk
1 apple(s), chopped

Berry oats:
250 ml oats
5 ml vanilla essence
125 ml LANCEWOOD® No Sugar Added Low Fat Blackberry & Cherry Yoghurt
125 ml milk
30 ml berry jam
sugar free

Method

Strawberry Oats:
  1. Using a small mixing bowl, add the oats, milk, yoghurt and vanilla essence and mix together.
  2. Add a layer of the oat mixture to a small jar until half full.
  3. Add the chopped strawberries and line the glass with the sliced strawberries.
  4. Top with the remaining oat mixture.


Apple cinnamon oats:
  1. Using a small mixing bowl, add the oats, cinnamon, honey, yoghurt and milk and mix together.
  2. First, layer half of the chopped apples in a small jar.
  3. Add a layer of the oat mixture, followed by another layer of chopped apples
  4. Top with the remaining oat mixture.


Berry oats:
  1. Using a small mixing bowl, add the oats, vanilla essence, yoghurt and milk and mix together.
  2. Add a layer of the oat mixture to a small jar.
  3. Add a dollop of berry jam.
  4. Add another layer of the oat mixture, followed by a dollop of berry jam.
  5. Top with the remaining oat mixture.
  6. Close the jars and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Enjoy the next morning as a healthy breakfast!
