Apple cinnamon oats:
Berry oats:
Strawberry Oats:
Using a small mixing bowl, add the oats, milk, yoghurt and vanilla essence and mix together.
Add a layer of the oat mixture to a small jar until half full.
Add the chopped strawberries and line the glass with the sliced strawberries.
Top with the remaining oat mixture.
Apple cinnamon oats:
Using a small mixing bowl, add the oats, cinnamon, honey, yoghurt and milk and mix together.
First, layer half of the chopped apples in a small jar.
Add a layer of the oat mixture, followed by another layer of chopped apples
Top with the remaining oat mixture.
Berry oats:
Using a small mixing bowl, add the oats, vanilla essence, yoghurt and milk and mix together.
Add a layer of the oat mixture to a small jar.
Add a dollop of berry jam.
Add another layer of the oat mixture, followed by a dollop of berry jam.
Top with the remaining oat mixture.
Close the jars and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy the next morning as a healthy breakfast!
