Lancewood Creamy Devilled Eggs 3-ways

Ingredients

9 large egg(s)

 

Avocado & lime:

0.5 small avocado , cubed
15 g LANCEWOOD® Creamed Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
15 ml lemon juice  or lime juice
fresh coriander  for garnishing

Bacon & mustard:

15 g LANCEWOOD® Creamed Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
10 ml Dijon mustard
bacon , cooked until crispy for garnishing

Cheese & ham:

5 g LANCEWOOD® Cheddar , finely grated
15 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Smooth Balsamic & Onion Cottage Cheese
sandwich ham , 1 slice finely chopped
fresh chives , chopped for garnishing

Method

Place the eggs in a pot filled with cold water. Boil the eggs on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Remove the eggs and place in cold water until the eggs are cool. Once cooled, peel and halve the eggs.

Spoon out the egg yolks and divide evenly between three small bowls. Add the ingredients for each variation to the egg yolks in each separate bowl.

Mash with a fork until smooth and creamy. Spoon or pipe the fillings into the egg white halves.

Add the garnish and enjoy as a healthy snack.
