Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

30 ml olive oil
1 small onion(s) , diced
5 ml crushed garlic
200 g chicken breast(s) , chopped
200 g mushrooms , sliced
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste
15 ml thyme
250 ml chicken stock
500 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Mushroom Sauce

Method

Heat the oil in a medium-sized pot. Fry the onion, garlic, chicken, mushrooms, seasoning and thyme for 15 minutes on high heat.

Once the chicken has cooked through, add the chicken stock and mushroom sauce.

Mix through and simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes.

Pour into serving bowls and enjoy!
