To serve:
1. Using a pot, add the oats, banana, water, vanilla essence, salt, cinnamon and yoghurt.
2. Place over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes while stirring frequently. Add some more water if a thinner consistency is preferred.
To serve:
Serve in bowls and top with slices of banana, a drizzle of milk and some honey or sweetener.
