Lancewood Cottage Cheese Chocolate Kisses

Ingredients

250 g LANCEWOOD® Creamed Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
40 g butter , soft
30 ml castor sugar
5 ml vanilla essence
240 g chocolate slabs  (3) – milk, white or a combination of both

Method

Mix the cottage cheese, butter, castor sugar and vanilla essence together.

Spray baking paper with non-stick spray.

Spoon the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle. Pipe small dollops onto the prepared baking paper.

Stick a toothpick into each one and freeze until solid.

Spray a plate with non-stick spray and set aside.

Melt the chocolate. Work quickly and dip the kisses into the chocolate, swirling them around to coat all over. Rub the toothpick between your fingers to spin them to get rid of excess chocolate.

Place on the prepared plate and remove toothpicks.

Refrigerate until needed. Just as delicious when frozen.
