Create NowPlace the sweet potatoes in a pot with water. Season with salt, close the lid and cook until just soft.
Drain off excess water and return to heat. Add the butter, honey, lime juice, chilli and paprika.
Stir over medium heat until glazed and golden. Remove from the heat.
Spread the dip onto a platter. Spoon the sweet potatoes on top and sprinkle with spring onions, coriander and extra chopped chillies.
