Lancewood Chicken & Tomato Wrap Pizza

Ingredients

1 large wrap(s)
60 ml tomato paste
10 ml sugar
5 ml dried basil
A pinch of salt
500 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Mozzarella , grated
375 ml cooked chicken , sliced
0.5 red onion , sliced
cherry tomato(es) , halved 


To serve:

fresh basil , shredded
fresh rocket leaves
avocado(s) , sliced 

Method

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. 

Place the wrap the baking sheet.

Mix the tomato paste, sugar, dried basil and a salt. Spread evenly on the wrap. Sprinkle the cheese over. 

Arrange the chicken, onion and tomatoes on top.

Bake for 8 – 10 minutes until golden and bubbling and edges turns brown.

Top with shredded basil, rocket and avocado.

Air fryer
Alternatively – bake in the air fryer at 200°C for 7 – 8 minutes. 

HINTS & TIPS:

  • Temperatures of air fryers may vary and cooking times may vary and is just a guideline. Please adapt cooking time accordingly.
