Chicken & Tomato Wrap Pizza

Ingredients:

1 large wrap(s)
60 ml tomato paste
10 ml sugar
5 ml dried basil, A pinch of salt
500 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Mozzarella, grated
375 ml cooked chicken, sliced
red onion
half, sliced
cherry tomato(es), halved

To serve:
fresh basil, shredded
fresh rocket leaves
avocado(s), sliced

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Place the wrap the baking sheet.
  3. Mix the tomato paste, sugar, dried basil and a salt. Spread evenly on the wrap. Sprinkle the cheese over.
  4. Arrange the chicken, onion and tomatoes on top.
  5. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes until golden and bubbling and edges turns brown.
  6. Top with shredded basil, rocket and avocado.Air fryerAlternatively – bake in the air fryer at 200°C for 7 – 8 minutes.
