Create Now1. Preheat the oven to 180oC.
2. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden and set aside.
3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, mushroom sauce, lemon juice and seasoning together. Add the spring onions, mozzarella and truffle oil and mix through.
4. Spoon the mixture into a serving dish suitable for the oven. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
5. Top with the fried mushrooms and drizzle with truffle oil. Serve with toasted baguettes.
