To serve:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut a wedge out of the top of the French loaf and press to open. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with olive oil all over.
Mix the tomato paste, garlic, sugar, herbs and seasoning together. Spread inside the French loaf. Mix the cheeses together and stuff into the French loaf.
Top with peppadews and chicken and crumble the feta over.
Bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
To serve:
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with chillies, garlic and a serving of potato crisps on the side.
