Biscoff & Cream Cheese Air Fryer Pops
Ingredients:
400 g frozen short crust pastry
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
125 ml Biscoff spread or Nutella spread
To finish:
castor sugar, for dusting
Method
- Unroll the pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Using a 5 cm in diameter cookie cutter, cut out the pastry rounds. Then using a star shaped cookie cutter, cut out the centers of half of the rounds.
- Sprinkle the cut out rounds with castor sugar and place batches into the basket of an air fryer.
- Air fry at 180oC for 5 – 6 minutes. Remove and place on a wire rack to cool.
- Mix the cream cheese with the Biscoff or Nutella spread.
- Add a dollop to each round and sandwich the bottoms and tops together. Insert a pop stick and dust with icing sugar.
- A festive treat!
