Create NowTo finish:
Unroll the pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Using a 5 cm in diameter cookie cutter, cut out the pastry rounds. Then using a star shaped cookie cutter, cut out the centers of half of the rounds.
Sprinkle the cut out rounds with castor sugar and place batches into the basket of an air fryer.
Air fry at 180oC for 5 - 6 minutes. Remove and place on a wire rack to cool.
Mix the cream cheese with the Biscoff or Nutella spread.
Add a dollop to each round and sandwich the bottoms and tops together. Insert a pop stick and dust with icing sugar.
