Air Fryer Pasta Chips

Ingredients:

Pasta chips:
200 g bow tie pasta
80 g LANCEWOOD® Mature Cheddar, finely grated
15 ml canola oil
1.5 ml garlic salt
1.5 ml paprika
1.5 ml dried italian herbs
salt & freshly ground black pepper

Pesto dip:
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese, room temperature
60 ml basil pesto
45 ml milk

Method

Pasta chips:
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and add to a large bowl.
  2. Add the cheese, oil, garlic salt, paprika, mixed herbs and seasoning to taste. Toss the pasta well until evenly coated.
  3. Air fry at 200°C for 12 – 15 minutes, shaking the air fryer basket once or twice during cooking.


Pesto dip:
  1. Using a small bowl, add the cream cheese, pesto and milk and mix until smooth.
  2. Place into a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Serve the pasta chips hot with the pesto dip and your favourite LANCEWOOD DIP&TOP™.
  4. A delicious braai snack!
