Lancewood Air Fryer Pasta Chips

Ingredients

Pasta chips:

200 g bow tie pasta
80 g LANCEWOOD® 12 month Mature White Cheddar , finely grated
15 ml canola oil
1.5 ml garlic salt
1.5 ml paprika
1.5 ml dried italian herbs
salt & freshly ground black pepper

Pesto dip:

230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese , room temperature
60 ml basil pesto
45 ml milk

Method

Pasta chips:
Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and add to a large bowl.

Add the cheese, oil, garlic salt, paprika, mixed herbs and seasoning to taste. Toss the pasta well until evenly coated.

Air fry at 200°C for 12 - 15 minutes, shaking the air fryer basket once or twice during cooking.

Pesto dip:
Using a small bowl, add the cream cheese, pesto and milk and mix until smooth.

Place into a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve the pasta chips hot with the pesto dip and your favourite LANCEWOOD DIP&TOP™.

A delicious braai snack!
