Lancewood Cottage Cheese Lunchbox 3-ways

Ingredients

Egg salad lunchbox:

3 large eggs , hard boiled
120 g LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Chunky Chives Cottage Cheese
5 ml Dijon mustard
15 ml mayonnaise
salt & freshly ground black pepper
lettuce leaves
30 g LANCEWOOD® Cheddar , cubed

Veggie dip lunchbox:

125 ml LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Chunky Chives Cottage Cheese
2 carrots , sliced
celery sticks
cherry tomato(es)
1 large egg , hard boiled & halved

Bagel sandwich lunchbox:

1 bagel
15 ml butter
2 ham  slices
cucumber  slices
45 ml LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Chunky Chives Cottage Cheese
50 g LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar , cut into sticks

Method

Egg salad lunchbox:
Chop the eggs into small pieces and add to a bowl

Add the cottage cheese, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix well and season to taste.

Place the lettuce leaves in a lunchbox and fill with the egg salad.

Add crackers, cheese cubes, salami sticks, a LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Multipack Yoghurt and an apple as delicious snacks.

Veggie dip lunchbox:
Slice the carrots and celery into sticks.

Add the cottage cheese to a small container.

Fill the lunchbox with the carrots, celery sticks, tomatoes, rice crackers and egg.

Add a LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Multipack Yoghurt for in between meetings.

Bagel sandwich lunchbox:
Slice the bagel in half and butter both sides.

Top with the ham, cucumber slices and cottage cheese. Close the bagel and cut into half.

Place into a lunchbox and add cheese sticks, grapes and almonds. Add a LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Multipack Yoghurt for a sweet treat.
