LANCEWOOD® Cultured Cream is traditionally known as Crème Fraiche.  It is made in the traditional French way, giving it a sour taste balanced with a creamy texture. It has a multitude of uses from very basic, baked potato fillings and salad dressings to creamy macaroni and cheese.
