Ingredients

40 g chocolate, melted and slightly cooled - dark/milk/white

1 x 250 g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese or Mascarpone

25 g cranberries, chopped - cherries/apricots/mixed citrus peel

25 g almonds /pecan nuts/pistachio

40 g chocolate, finely grated - dark/ milk/white

Method

Mix the melted chocolate, cream cheese, cranberries and nuts together. Refrigerate for 1 hour.  Roll into walnut sized balls and then roll in grated chocolate to cover.  Keep in refrigerator until serving.

Try any of the following combinations:

• Dark chocolate, cherries and almond      

• White chocolate, pecan and apricot

• Dark chocolate, almond and mixed citrus peel

• White chocolate, pistachio and cranberry
